Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our expansion efforts in the Indian market. This role is responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships within the Indian market. A proven track record of successful business development in the IT services industry is preferred.
★ Education and Experience required: MBA from a tier-1 business school.
★ 15+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferably IT services
★ Previous experience as a sales and marketing director, or equivalent position as per industry standards.
★ Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
★ Experience of engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of IT solutions at the C-level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion and Reach
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our IT services footprint in the Indian market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Formulate and execute strategic plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the
competition.
Understand the organisation value proposition and identify the correct market strategy to reach the right customers.
Keep track of competitors and develop a ranking analysis for online visibility.
2. Sales Strategy
Develop a robust sales strategy to drive business growth and market share in the Indian market.
Leverage existing relationships with CEOs, C-level executives, and mid-senior management.
Develop new relationships with business unit leaders and relevant IT/ technology stakeholders to understand theirchallenges.
3. Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, services team, marketing, and customer
support, to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
4. Client Engagement
Build and nurture strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address specific services challenges.
Ensure continuous communication with customer and address any queries or concerns in a timely manner.
