Job Description
Head of Content Partnerships
This is a fully remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States. It's a flexible position allowing talented sales individuals to work independently and as part of a team on an exciting sales territory.
As a Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive product and sales coaching, as well as access to a sales management system and outreach tools necessary for success. You'll have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of industries and organizations of various sizes.
The Right Candidate
- Fluent in English
- Driven and financially motivated
- Eager to continually improve sales knowledge
- Strong EQ and IQ
- Tenacious in closing sales and servicing customers to completion
- Skilled in growing accounts and client relationships
Ideal Experience
- Cold outreach
- Experience in advertising or selling advertising
- Able to leverage an existing network
- Experience in high-ticket sales (long or short sales cycles)
- Track record of a 30%+ close rate
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and execute a pipeline generation plan within your given territory
- Build a pipeline of business through cold outreach
- Nurture and develop business through booked consultations
- Manage accounts of new and existing clients to maintain relationships
- Expand existing accounts and build lifetime revenue

Pay and Benefits
Pay:
Commission only, with potential to progress to base + commission. Staggered percentage scheme (10% > 15% based on financial targets hit). No ceiling on earnings.
Expected Hours: Manage your own hours—just deliver your targets! Preferred time zones are EST, PST, MST or CST due to client locations.
