Head of Product Blockchain + LLMs (ESOP Only)

What is Obinex?
Obinex is a Pre-Seed stage Startup on a mission to develop a simple ecosystem to facilitate the adoption of the centralized economy in the decentralized space and give way to a more secure centralization. As we are in a very early stage, the equity offering is the only part of the conversation until we are funded. This will be subject to a probationary and vesting period.

What will you do?
As a Head of Product, you will define and execute the product vision, working closely with founders, developers, and designers to build innovative financial solutions. You’ll prioritize features, oversee MVP development, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you’ll use market research and user feedback to iterate on the product, driving its growth and success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Market Research and Validation: Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the FinTech and Web3 space to validate product ideas.
• Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with the startup's goals, focusing on innovative Web3 solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with founders, developers, designers, and potential investors to ensure the product meets both user needs and business objectives.
• User Experience Design: Oversee the design of user flows and interfaces that are intuitive, secure, and cater to both crypto-savvy users and newcomers.
• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• MVP Development: Guide the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that showcases the startup’s core value proposition, particularly in leveraging Web3 technology.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product adheres to relevant FinTech regulations and compliance requirements.
• Testing and Iteration: Lead testing phases, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to refine and optimize the user experience.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, including marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition plans.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and user data to inform product decisions and demonstrate value to investors and stakeholders.

What will you bring?

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex digital products, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency space.
• Strong FinTech Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial services, digital payments, and relevant regulations.
• Web3 Expertise: Proficiency in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and related technologies.
• Startup Experience: Previous experience in early-stage startups, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Product Management Skills: Strong skills in product strategy, road mapping, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• User-Centric Design: Ability to design user-friendly, secure interfaces that cater to both technical and non-technical users.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with development processes, including smart contracts, APIs, and Web3 integration.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using analytics tools to inform product decisions and track key metrics.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of compliance requirements in FinTech, particularly regarding data security and financial regulations.
• Excellent Communication: Strong skills in communicating with diverse stakeholders, including founders, developers, and potential investors.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to wear multiple hats and pivot quickly.

What will you get?

Equity: Until we are funded, we are offering ESOPs only as compensation. This will be subject to a trial and vesting period.
Salary: We are in the early stages of our journey, therefore remuneration in the form of Salary will be considered only once we are funded.
