Key Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Professional Experience: 12+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with C#, .Net, and cloud-native SaaS products; familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, and cloud services like Azure and AWS is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in hiring, building, and managing high-performing, distributed teams.
Software Management: Strong skills in software management, including design, agile development, continuous deployment, and release planning.
Architecture and Design: In-depth understanding of architecture and design principles for scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions.
Agile Development: Solid background in Agile methodologies and driving tech excellence through practices like code reviews, test automation, and DevOps.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and Build Teams: Hire, nurture, and lead distributed engineering teams aligned with broader product and business goals.
Drive Development Excellence: Set and communicate team priorities to ensure high-quality product development and timely delivery.
Strategize and Align: Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.
Architectural Oversight: Lead architectural design and system validation practices, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.
Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence through scrum process improvements, technical debt reduction, and engineering metrics.
Engage and Mentor: Conduct 1:1s, provide coaching, mentorship, and lead performance management processes.
Cultural Stewardship: Promote a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across the teams.
