Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Crypto Fund Product Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial technology product operations, specifically in the operations of money market funds and bond funds. A deep understanding of the complete operational mechanisms (including backend) of financial technology products like Yuebao, along with expertise in developing market operation strategies tailored to users, is essential.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the design of "Yuebao"-type products based on blockchain and Crypto technology.
Execute asset management operations, including liquidity management and dynamic asset allocation adjustments.
Contribute to the design of global market promotion strategies targeting users worldwide.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial technology product operations, with a focus on money market funds and bond funds.
In-depth understanding of the operational mechanisms of Yu'ebao-like financial technology products and tailored market operation strategies.
