About the job

We, at Yral, are looking for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be
responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development,
launch, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we are
building products that meet the needs of our users and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

● Develop a data-driven product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user
priorities.
● Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog
management, and release planning.
● Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to cross-functional teams.
● Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
● Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
● Track progress and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
● Track product adoption and growth metrics, and propose data-driven solutions for
improvement.
● Proactively research and identify emerging trends in the industry and competitive landscape

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven success in driving product
growth in a startup or fast paced environment.
● Strong understanding of software(design / engineering) or SaaS products,
programming experience is a must.
● Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile
methodologies.
● Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centric product requirements.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills (pref with engineering teams), with
the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
● Growth mindset and a passion for building innovative products.
● Candidates from Tier 1 institutions will be preferred
