• Build and maintain scalable and robust backend systems, including APIs, databases, and integrations, to support our platform's growth
• Optimize API performance and reduce latency to enhance user experience. Implement best practices for core systems
• As an early engineer you have a role in setting the engineering culture at Swish

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in writing backend systems
• Proven experience with API design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Passion for building high-quality, scalable software

Process

We don’t believe in reversing linked lists. Instead, we fall in love every time we meet a hacker who builds for the joy of it. Throughout the process, we’ll focus on getting to know you and how we can create a great experience for you at Swish.

1. You will be invited for a brief call with Saran for a quick vibe check.
2. Will be given a small project to hack and submit
3. If we are impressed by your submission, a final call with Aniket is set up. This call helps us learn more about you as a person.
4. If everything goes well, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. If not, we will still provide you with feedback.

ps: sometimes a couple of extra calls are set up to make sure we really get to know you well.
