Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing - Brand Manager to join our team at Glazer Labs. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for THRYL. You will lead branding initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to establish THRYL as the leading gaming engagement platform.
- Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and messaging to resonate with target audiences, including gamers, creators, and esports enthusiasts.
- Align brand strategy with Glazer Labs’ overall vision and growth objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, develop, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and offline activations.
- Work closely with creative teams to produce high-impact content that reflects THRYL’s brand values and drives engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all touchpoints.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior within the gaming and esports sectors.
- Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions on brand strategy, content direction, and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key brand metrics, including brand awareness, customer perception, engagement rates, and ROI on marketing efforts.
- Report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Communication and Public Relations:
- Develop and manage the brand’s communication strategy, including media outreach, PR activities, and influencer collaborations.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring that all communication aligns with THRYL’s brand values and objectives.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of branded content across digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and content creators to amplify THRYL’s brand presence.
Budget Management:
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
- Track spending and campaign costs, providing budget forecasts and adjustments as needed.
Brand Training and Internal Advocacy:
- Educate internal teams on brand guidelines, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Foster a strong brand culture within Glazer Labs, empowering employees to be brand ambassadors.
- Innovation and Trend Adaptation:
- Stay abreast of industry innovations, gaming culture trends, and new marketing technologies to keep the THRYL brand ahead of the curve.
- Test and implement new marketing approaches, including experimental platforms, to drive brand differentiation and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the technology, gaming, or entertainment sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for gaming, esports, and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
