• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to develop and launch products.
• Prioritize product features and create roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Experience in the grooming, beauty, or startup industry.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
