Role Overview:
As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will lead the development of highly responsive web applications, ensure the overall quality of front-end projects, and mentor junior developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of ReactJS applications and front-end components.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to design and integrate APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply best practices to the development process.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on ReactJS best practices and front-end architecture.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and React Hooks.
• Proficiency in modern front-end development practices like CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code quality tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug performance issues in complex applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with front-end frameworks like Next.js.
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Experience with UI/UX design principles.
