Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer with deep expertise in Spring MVC and JSPs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our SaaS platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about legacy frameworks and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack features and enhancements using Spring MVC and JSP.
• Maintain and improve the performance, security, and scalability of our existing systems.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces.
• Drive best practices in software development, particularly focusing on code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer, with strong emphasis on Spring MVC and JSPs.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining complex web applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JSP.
• Solid understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.

Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
