Bubbl is an exciting, new, fast growing social travel platform revolutionizing group travel by allowing like-minded individuals to connect, share accommodation, and create unforgettable experiences together. Our mission is to foster meaningful connections through shared travel experiences, blending adventure with a sense of community. As part of our business development team, you’ll help us build partnerships and expand our user base through social outreach and creative collaborations.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting Bubbl’s growth by engaging with potential partners and users. This position is ideal for someone passionate about travel, social connections, and community building. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies on social media platforms and exploring partnership opportunities that align with Bubbl's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Outreach & Engagement:

Conduct outreach to potential Bubbl users and partners on social media platforms (ie.., Discord, Whatsapp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Build relationships with influencers, travel communities, and content creators.
Promote Bubbl’s vision and services, encouraging user engagement and sign-ups.

Maintain a consistent and friendly tone aligned with Bubbl's energetic and community-driven brand voice.

If you have the skills- assist in the development of content for social media.

Partnership Development:
Identify and research potential partnerships, including event organizers, travel companies, and like-minded brands.

Collaborate with the team to propose creative partnership ideas that drive growth and user engagement.

Assist in outreach and relationship-building with prospective partners through personalized pitches and meetings.

Market Research:
Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for Bubbl’s expansion.

Provide insights on emerging social selling strategies and digital trends in travel and group accommodations.

Reporting & Data Management:
Track and report on outreach success, social media engagement, and partnership development efforts.

Analyze data from outreach activities to refine strategies and optimize performance.

What You’ll Gain:

The ability to gain experience directly with an ex-Uber, ex-Intel senior business development executive Founder with a personal network of over 8000 professional contacts in Silicon Valley and worldwide.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
Strong interest in social media, partnerships, and the travel industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing demeanor, hustler, lean in, go getter
Content creation skills (Canva, Capcut)
Proactive, organized, and creative problem-solver.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Passion for group travel, community building, and shared experiences.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience with social selling, influencer outreach, or business development.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Discord, Whatsapp Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook for brand engagement.
Knowledge of travel trends or experience in event planning, tourism, or the gig economy.
