Job Overview:
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll work closely with the Founder and leadership team on key projects that impact various areas of the business. From market research and operations to strategy and communications, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of running a startup. This role is ideal for a self-starter who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Founder: Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations, including research, administrative tasks, and project coordination.
- Project Management: Help plan, manage, and execute key projects across different business functions.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather industry insights to inform business strategies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for business improvements.
- Operations: Work on operational tasks to help streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Communications: Draft internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations for the Founder and team.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating tasks across different departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment on company priorities.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field (MBA candidates welcome).
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or a similar high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
