Role Overview:
As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's core mission. You will work alongside fellow co-founders, investors, and the leadership team to drive business growth, product innovation, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for building and scaling businesses in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with the founding team to define the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals. Help formulate strategies to achieve these objectives and adapt to market shifts.

• Business Development: Identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities. Build and nurture strategic partnerships, customer relationships, and key stakeholder networks.
• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a strong company culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Product Development: Lead product ideation, design, and development efforts. Ensure alignment between customer needs, product features, and market trends.
• Financial Planning: Work with finance teams to develop budgets, secure funding, and manage financial health, ensuring sustainability and growth.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, implement process improvements, and ensure efficient execution across all departments.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Help secure venture capital or other forms of funding. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and long-term collaboration. Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven entrepreneurial experience, preferably as a founder or in a leadership role at an early-stage startup.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth, generating revenue, and scaling businesses.
• Experience in fundraising and managing investor relationships.
• Ability to recruit and lead a diverse team while fostering a positive company culture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in product management, business development, or operations.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain and fast-changing environments, making data-driven decisions under pressure. Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in IOT/IIOT/IT with an understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Proven experience in securing investment and scaling technology-driven companies.
• Technical knowledge or experience working closely with engineering teams.
