Job Description: Junior Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our in-house development team to contribute to the growth and foundation of the same. The position will include working internal softwares, creation of database and maintenance of the development. Consider this to be a stepping stone to a learning role towards full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Assist in designing, developing, and testing new software applications related to order management and automation solutions.

Order Management Systems: Work on the creation, enhancement, and optimization of systems that help manage and streamline order processing and fulfillment.

Automation: Implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention in workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing and operations.

Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards that provide key insights into business processes, order status, and performance metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Support debugging and troubleshooting of issues in existing software systems, providing timely resolutions and improvements.

Code Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Assist in maintaining technical documentation for reference and future development.

Testing & Debugging: Perform unit tests and assist in quality assurance testing to ensure software meets functional and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

Programming Languages: Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.

Web Development: Basic understanding of frontend and backend development, preferably using React.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

Database: Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

Automation Tools: Basic knowledge of automation frameworks or tools is a plus.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and find creative solutions in a timely manner.

Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with order management systems or inventory management software.

Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools or dashboard creation.

Exposure to API development or third-party system integrations.
