About the job:

At Stimuler, where we are leveraging AI to improve global communication. As a Backend Engineer, you will be crucial in building novel AI-powered product experiences. You will work with a team of engineers and researchers to design and implement key components of our product and platform.

Responsibilities:

Full-stack engineering, but focused on creating scalable backend systems.
Debugging complex streaming issues.
Owning the entire development cycle of features, from conception to production.
Write code very quickly, ship frequently, and make a huge impact on our business.
Collaborating across disciplines, including research, product, and designers, to fill gaps and ship products.

Must Haves:

Proven experience working as a Backend Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong product sense: the ability to think broadly/cross-functionally about product experiences
