We're seeking a Fractional VP of Healthcare Sales to lead our sales efforts, with a primary focus on the healthcare sector and product development services. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, managing the existing sales team, and leveraging domain expertise to refine our offer and close large enterprise accounts.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire sales process, from post-qualification to close.
- Oversee and coach the existing sales team (currently 1 SDR with help from the founder), on both cold outbound. and outreach to ‘easy wins’ from our existing lists.
- Provide healthcare industry expertise to tailor pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with outbound agency partner (Amplixity) on lead generation strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes for prospecting, follow-ups, and opportunity management.
- Job performance reviews on SDR and recommendations on personnel changes.
- Identify and execute micro-closes leading to larger deals.
- Refine the company's healthcare-focused product development services offering based on the Interview Method. (agency speaking with target market decision-makers), prospect feedback, and your own sales experience.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem (patient care, value-based care, EHRs, RCM) and healthcare trends.
- Understanding of IoT, medical device industry, and pharmaceutical drug development.
- Strong familiarity with AI applications in healthcare, including LLMs and big data.
- Proven track record selling product development services to enterprise healthcare clients.
- Demonstrated success in closing 7-figure deals with enterprise clients.
- Significant experience in healthcare technology sales leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Additional Details:
- This is a fractional (part-time) opportunity and is only available to US-based candidates.
- All new Topflight Apps team members undergo a one-month trial period to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment on expectations.
- Compensation: $5,000 per month (with potential for increase after reaching $500k in enterprise sales value)
