About the job

Key responsibilities:

Technology Strategist & Product Development Champion.
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals. You'll be the mastermind behind our tech roadmap, ensuring that we're always ahead of the curve
Define the technical roadmap and vision for the platform.
Overseeing the end-to-end development, including architecture, design, and implementation.
Leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into the platform.
Establish and track Milestones, KPI and dynamic dashboards to measure the effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience with a wide range of technologies, AI/ML, big data, and software development.
You should be as comfortable with Python and JavaScript as you are with strategic decision-making
