Lead AI Engineer / Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to develop and improve our AI systems.
• Fine-tune large language models and implement novel search and QA algorithms to enhance the capabilities of our AI agents.
• Develop and evaluate large systems of interconnected LLMs, addressing engineering constraints such as latency and model inference costs.
• Work directly with our founder and customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Tackle unsolved research and engineering problems, particularly those relevant to LLMs in production environments.
• Create AI Agents

Requirements:

• Professional experience building world-class, world-scale software solutions.
• 3-5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong understanding of ML principles and techniques.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and implementing AI systems at scale.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, self-learning abilities, curiosity, and a drive to push the boundaries of technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges in AI engineering.
• Experience with Python, Langchain, Llama Index, or other relevant AI frameworks.
