Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead
the development of advanced AI models and systems, focusing heavily on NLP and machine learning
solutions that enhance our digital experience platforms.
This role requires extensive knowledge of AI architectures, particularly transformer models, and the
ability to deploy scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
 Design and implement internal AI products to optimize operations and improve customer
engagement.
 Lead the development of ML models for various applications, including predictive modeling,
natural language understanding, and automated decision-making systems.
 Manage the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from conception to deployment,
including MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our existing
platforms and workflows.
 Continuously explore new technologies and approaches in AI to keep our solutions at the
forefront of the industry.

Preferred Qualification

 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficient in machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-
Learn.
 Strong experience in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with web
development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
 Experience with NLP and conversational AI technologies.
 Demonstrated ability in building and deploying robust AI solutions in a commercial setting.
 Experience with ML Ops, including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD),
and robust deployment of AI models.
 Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure as well as AI solutions offered by them
