You will guide the customer to adopt Tabs and install various integrations with ERPs, CRMs, Tax, Payments, etc. You will support as they test, pilot and go live on Tabs for critical finance and billing processes.
Partner with the software team on implementations: You’ll gain insights on customer requests or learn that there’s additional complexities to tackle as part of implementation. You will partner with the implementation team and software team to find solutions for the customers.
Project management: You will work closely with customers to drive requirements and ensure customers meet their implementation milestones.
Stakeholder management: You will build productive customer relationships to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with and informed of implementation progress, blockers, and action items.
Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll partner with Sales to fully understand the customer’s goals and account details before transitioning them to the Implementation phase. Ahead of transitioning to Customer Success and Support, you’ll document technical considerations and provide handoff guidance.
