Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in shaping Vairt’s market presence and achieving our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and target new market segments and opportunities for Vairt’s crowdfunding platform.

-Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital marketing.
  • Engage with potential clients and partners to present Vairt’s offerings and convert leads into active clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and closure of deals.

    • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.

  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with industry stakeholders, including real estate developers, investment firms, and financial institutions.

  • Collaborate with partners to explore joint ventures, co-marketing opportunities, and other growth initiatives.

    • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate crowdfunding space.

  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and refine business development tactics.

    • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development achievements and challenges.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance Vairt’s platform and service offerings based on market and client input.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record of successful business development, sales, or client management roles, preferably in the real estate, fintech, or investment sectors.
    • Experience with crowdfunding platforms or real estate investments is highly desirable.
  • Skills:

    • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
