Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to contractors who will be hired under the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and provide strategic advice.
Understand, review and revise Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFTs) and other crypto-related agreements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in web3 and blockchain technology.
Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling any legal issues that arise.

Requirements:
Solid background in contract law, preferably with exposure to web3 and blockchain projects.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Law or Law studies.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
