Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.
• Create and apply advanced Boolean search strings to refine candidate searches effectively.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles, with a focus on technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven experience with Boolean search strings and creative sourcing techniques across various platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize based on business needs.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to identify qualified candidates in the tech space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
