across multiple countries. Our flagship product transformed dental procurement by introducing
the world’s first real-time price comparison engine for dental supplies in the US, Canada,
Australia, and New Zealand. Building on this success, our latest innovation, the Lab Platform,
streamlines case creation and management by seamlessly connecting clinics, intraoral
scanners, and dental labs. We are also pioneering the use of advanced AI technologies to
tackle complex challenges like Automatic Invoice Reconciliation, offering horizontal solutions
that can be applied across various verticals that we cater to.
As we continue to expand, we are actively exploring adjacent verticals and new avenues for
growth while strengthening our presence in existing ones. Our ambitious goal is to achieve over
10X growth within the next 4-5 years.
We are seeking a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our
product suite. This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about creating innovative,
user-centric products in a market that has long been underserved with uninspiring solutions.

Responsibilities
● Establish and own the strategy and roadmap for multiple products.
● Identify what problems need to be solved (by looking at data or user research/interviews)
and decompose them into actionable projects/tasks. Prioritize what problems need to be
solved now vs later.
● Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Business to build products that customers
love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage
the scope of each product launch.
● Define the product acceptance testing criteria and ensure that they are met.
● Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize
product adoption and success. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for
your given area of focus.
● Define product metrics and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come
up with action plans to steer metrics in the right direction.
● Defend a good strategy against random changes and single-customer escalations.
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering
successful products.
● Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in product design,
including wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
● Proficient in Figma and familiar with software development processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
● Should be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a
fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
● Should be curious about metrics and execution processes, with a data-driven approach
to decision-making.
● Should be able to navigate ambiguity and transform abstract ideas into concrete action
items.
Preferable/Good to have
● Experience in building customer-facing products (B2B or Enterprise) and scaling them to
10X or more in customer base and revenue.
● Hands-on software development experience and proficiency in SQL/Python for data
analysis.
● Exposure to the Healthcare sector.
