Product Consultant
Role Overview
As a Product Management Consultant, you'll leverage your product instinct to shape our vision and strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll prioritize and maintain our product backlog for timely delivery. You'll evaluate performance, identify enhancements, and seize market opportunities. Working closely with the team, you'll refine our vision and facilitate Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement. Through comprehensive documentation and professional relationships, you'll ensure stakeholder alignment and contribute to our product success.
Responsibilities:
Strong product instinct to build a great product vision, product roadmapx and competitive analysis.
Define, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product functionality.
Assist in evaluating product performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement and expansion, ensuring that the product aligns with specified requirements and satisfies customer needs.
Collaborate with the Product Team to refine and execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives, while proactively identifying market opportunities and potential risks.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving product management processes and incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, release plans and user guides, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of product features and capabilities.
Developing professional working relationships with various stakeholder groups
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.(A master’s degree is a plus)
1+ years experience in Product Management or in a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Familiarity with project management and design methodologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant tools such as Clickup, JIRA, etc.
