Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with deep expertise in TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL. This role is perfect for someone hands-on, you will be directly involved in the end-to-end development process, from architecture and design to implementation and deployment, ensuring that every component of our applications is crafted to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in coding, focusing on building efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query performance tuning, and ensuring data integrity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, continuously innovating and applying new techniques to improve development processes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in full-stack development, with extensive hands-on experience in TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Technical Skills: TypeScript: Proficiency in Node.js and/or React.js using GraphQL. AWS: Strong experience with core AWS services like ECS, S3, RDS, SQS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc. PostgreSQL: Expertise in database design, performance optimization, and query tuning.
• Working experience with event-based architecture and design patterns like CQRS.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on practical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
