  • Collaborate with the founding team on diverse growth initiatives to enhance our market presence and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Design and implement effective B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

  • We seek individuals who can bring unique skills and perspectives to our team, enhancing our growth potential. Your educational background is less important than what you bring to the table.
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing.
  • Bonus: Fluency in German.

Working Hours
