About the role

We’re looking for a rockstar Senior ML Engineer looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and requires a deep expertise in Natural Language Processing and a proven track record of building and deploying scalable NLP systems. This role demands a strong understanding of advanced NLP techniques, such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and experience with fine-tuning large language models.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex NLP solutions for challenging business problems.
• Lead ML projects from inception to deployment, including requirements gathering, data analysis, model development, and evaluation.
• Conduct research and experimentation with cutting-edge NLP techniques.
• Optimize NLP models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful ML solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant ML experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, including deep learning architectures for NLP.
• Proven experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Expertise in fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
• Experience with building and deploying scalable NLP systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Knowledge Graphs (preferred).
