As a Performance Marketing Head, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to drive measurable results across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising, to achieve company growth objectives and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Use data insights to make recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving conversion rates.
● Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Track spending
and performance to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to
identify the most effective approaches.
● Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
● Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
technologies to inform and adapt performance marketing strategies.
● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROI (Return on Investment), and conversion rates.
● Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and strategic
adjustments to improve performance and achieve set KPIs.
● Strategy & Planning: Strategising to solve the brands key problem statements via media tactics
and planning the optimal media plans across various digital platforms.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications
in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
● Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles with a track
record of managing successful campaigns.
● Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance marketing tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager). Familiarity with A/B testing tools and marketing
automation platforms is desirable.
