DESIGN THE EXTRODINARY: Join us in Innovating with Purpose
We are seeking a talented UI/UX design lead to join our team. This role is an intial website project, responsible for designing a visually appealing and effective website re-design.
This is a contract opportunity, with the option to perm UI/UX Design Lead for the creative design of our digital educational platform based on the completion and performance of the initial website project.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage our user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Leverage user personas, user journeys, and create wireframes to communicate design concepts
- Design and prototype visually appealing and effective user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms
- Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure that designs align with brand guidelines & UX standards.
- Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, and common libraries and frameworks within WebFlow
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback and improve designs with our team
- Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently to keep up with fast turnaround schedule. Initial project deadline is end of October 2024.
Job Requirements:
- Strong Figma Skills
- Experience with WebFlow is required
- Proficiency in graphic design and layout
- A portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design and front-end development work
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with usability testing tools and methods
