NuBinary is seeking a Senior Tech Lead / Full-Stack Software Engineer for a full-time hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for remote work. This role presents a unique opportunity for experienced software developers to collaborate with our team of seasoned tech executives, offering a pathway to elevate their careers. As a Tech Lead at NuBinary, you will engage with various companies across multiple industries, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a wealth of learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing software architecture
• Translating client business requirements into product features
• Leading technical teams
• Overseeing and contributing to software development projects
• Coaching and mentoring other software development team members

We work with a diverse range of technology stacks, with many of our MVP projects implemented in Ruby on Rails and React. Prior experience with these frameworks is highly desirable.

Qualifications
**

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks such as Django or Express.js.
• Past experience with React.js, Vue.js or similar frameworks
• Experience with relational/SQL databases
• Fluency in Git and software life cycle management
• Demonstrated experience as a team lead or technical lead
• Proficiency in full-stack software development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Previous experience in tech startup environments is a plus

Compensation

• $110,000 to $150,000 per year plus stock options
