Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Lead to join our product team. In this
role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality
digital products that meet customer needs and align with our company wide business
goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design,
sales, marketing, operations and C-suite stakeholders to ensure a seamless product
execution from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the customer needs and company goal.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research, including user and market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive advantage.
  • Product Planning: Organize product specifications, requirements and deliverables timelines. Prioritize features based on impact and efforts.
  • Product Management: Oversee the day-to-day product development process, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, and within scope. Manage backlogs, risks and arising issues effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations throughout the product life cycle.
  • User Experience Focus: Be the first advocate for an elevated user experience, and ensure that the product is intuitive, engaging and meets customer needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to drive CI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization to get buy-in.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, collaborate with the Head of Growth on go-to-market strategies, training, and support materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related years of experience in the field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Technical Skills: Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with engineering teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and user research methodologies. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Product Management: Excellent product management skills, with experience using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve high goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to navigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
