Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Neuralix.ai, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth and strategy. You will be responsible for analysing large datasets, creating comprehensive reports, and collaborating with various teams to support data-driven decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help us uncover valuable insights and improve our overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Preparation: Gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy for AI model training and evaluation.
• Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions, identify patterns, and extract insights that inform AI model development.
• Model Support and Enhancement: Assist in the development and optimization of machine learning models by providing data-driven insights and identifying areas for improvement.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and track key performance metrics.
• Collaboration with AI Teams: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other stakeholders to support the development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze trends and generate forecasts to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities in the AI landscape.
• Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the integrity and security of data throughout its lifecycle, adhering to best practices and company policies.
• Experimentation and Validation: Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of changes or interventions on AI models and business processes.
• Documentation and Communication: Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings, and present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
o 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
