The Challenge

As part of the Global Total Rewards team the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the requirements around gathering, analysis and delivery of our compensation programs, globally. You will work closely with our HR and business partner teams to identify and address compensation issues. This includes Compensation related assessments, recommendations, and support.

What You’ll Take On

  • Assist with salary planning activities, market data requests and conduct compensation research.
  • Prepare compensation recommendations for review and distribution.
  • Assist Compensation team during the global year-end compensation process.
  • Handle the day-to-day analysis and administration needs with respect to the company's compensation plans.
  • Supports the administration of training and education sessions.
  • Administers and manages the Compensation in-box and responds to Compensation related requests.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and practice improvement initiatives.
  • Assist Compensation Team in partnering with business units.
  • Assist in the creation of communication materials.
  • Provide analytical support to Compensation team on quarterly reporting: bonus accrual, and other analysis as needed.
  • Use published compensation data to evaluate compensation trends in the market
  • Identify and document internal processes for compliance across regulatory requirements

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience supporting mid-sized companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Compensation, HR, Finance or another relevant field
  • Working knowledge compensation structure, market pricing and general annual compensation planning
  • Working knowledge/experience with compensation administration
  • Demonstrated ability to convert data into digestible and presentable formats
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent ability to effectively communicate both written & verbally with strong client focus.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, be self-motivated, and learn independently
  • Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
  • Strong customer and partnership focus

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
