Who are We Looking For
We seek a proficient Backend Web Developer in the Python/Django stack to work on our SaaS product.

Technology Stack
Python, Django, Postgres, Celery, Elasticsearch, AWS, REST APIs, HTML, CSS

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop product features and enhancements on the backend
  2. Identify and fix bugs in the product
  3. Develop unit tests and integration tests
  4. Develop customer solutions on Orgzit by understanding customer’s business requirements and implementing them in Orgzit
  5. Work with customers to ensure their success with Orgzit by conducting training and solving their problems related to using Orgzit
  6. Develop library applications on Orgzit for sales demos and customer quickstart

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • B.Tech / BCA / MCA
  • For freshers – must have done internships
  • Must have prior experience of working on modern API based web applications
  • Prior experience of working on SaaS products is a big plus

Skills

  1. Strong understanding of backend web development
  2. Excellent logical reasoning and programming skills
  3. Proficient in database modelling
  4. Proficient in HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON
  5. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Less, or Sass
  6. Knowledge of unit tests and integration tests

Work Location
This position is a work from office role.
Office location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near HUDA City Centre metro station)

Work Days and Timings: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Regular India timings 10am to 7pm.

Compensation

  • For 0-1 years of experience: 6 months internship at Rs. 20,000 per month followed by a full-time position at CTC of Rs. 4,20,000 to 6,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.
  • For 1+ years’ experience: Rs. 4,80,000 to 7,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.
