Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Project Manager Intern to join our fast-paced start-up environment for a period of 3 months. Although this position is unpaid, the intern will gain invaluable hands-on experience and will have the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
Assist in breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with internal teams to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Assist in risk assessments and contingency planning
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Provide administrative support as needed
Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise
Assist Sales Director in building and establishing strong business partnerships

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Passionate about technology and the future of business travel
