About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive challenging and impactful projects, contributing to the growth and success of our platform. Our stack currently includes React, Node.js, Python, Postgres, AWS S3 and many more technologies you’ll help us discover.

Areas you might be solving for:

• Optimizing internal operations efficiency
• Enhancing customer portal to deliver the best user experience for our customers
• Integrating with 3rd party vendors
• Continuously Improving our software development workflows
• Architecting the Plymouth infrastructure so to scale to millions
• Building rich data dashboards to drive visibility into our metrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Be an active member of our product roadmap planning.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and Postgres.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud services and scalable architectures.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

Bonus:

• Professional experience with security and compliance domain
• Experience building products from zero to one in a startup environment
• Experience working with operation teams to drive efficiency
