About the Role:

As an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and scaling our web applications, with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies. You'll build a cutting-edge Gen-AI Cloud/SAAS platform. If you are a rising star eager to take on the next level of challenge, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact and drive our company's success.

You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality and performant web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of frontend technologies (React and Next.js) and backend technologies (Django/Python), along with the ability to quickly translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Frontend Development:
o Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Next.js.
o Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
o Utilize state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and React hooks for efficient state handling.
o Leverage Next.js features such as SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).
o Optimize frontend performance and ensure code quality through best practices.

 Backend Development:
o Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
o Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring secure and efficient data flow.
o Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using Django's built-in tools.
o Utilize Django ORM for efficient database interactions and migrations.
o Implement task scheduling and asynchronous processing using Celery.
o Optimize database queries and manage data caching strategies.

 Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
o Break down features into manageable tasks and delegate effectively.
o Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

● Experience:

○ 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer, with expertise in React, Next.js, Django, and Python.

● Frontend Skills:

○ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
○ Strong experience with React hooks, context API, and state management libraries.
○ Experience with TypeScript, Agile methodologies, and generative AI concepts.
○ Knowledge of modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (Git).

● Backend Skills:

○ Deep understanding of core Django concepts, including ORM, models, views, and templates.
○ Advanced knowledge of Django Rest Framework (DRF) for building RESTful APIs.
○ Experience with Celery for asynchronous task queues and background job processing.
○ Proficient in database design and management, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
○ Familiarity with containerization (Docker) , deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines, particularly on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).

● Others:

○ Can do attitude with a hacker mentality: “A feature a day.”
○ Must be very hands on with full SDLC phases.
○ Experience in building several Cloud based web platforms.
○ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
○ Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
○ MS degree preferred.
