Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java8, Spring Boot, Angular, JSP, HTML, CSS, and experience with OpenShift is a plus. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using Java8, Spring Boot, Angular, JSP, HTML, and CSS.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-9 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java8 and Spring Boot framework.
Strong experience with Angular for front-end development.
Experience with JSP, HTML, and CSS for building dynamic and responsive web pages.
Knowledge of OpenShift is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
