Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to oversee the architecture and development of our user-facing applications. This role is pivotal in designing robust APIs, managing system integrations, and ensuring the software lifecycle is managed efficiently from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture & Development: Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs that ensure seamless data flow across various application components.
Security Implementation: Implement robust security frameworks using technologies like OAuth, SAML, and JWT to safeguard data and privacy.
Project Leadership: Lead the execution and delivery of complex software projects, ensuring technical specifications and deadlines are met.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality from design to deployment.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to ensure a unified and effective user experience.
Innovation and Improvement: Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks to improve functionality and system performance.

Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in backend or full-stack development, particularly using Node.js, Python, and Java.
Proficiency in designing and developing APIs and backend systems.
Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and experience with message brokers like Apache Pulsar or Kafka.
Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Skilled in modern CI/CD methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and project management skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
Background in developing scalable solutions from the ground up in a startup environment.
Familiarity with front-end development frameworks relevant to our technology stack.
