Full-Stack Engineer

We're offering $100,000 - $140,000 cash base depending on experience, plus equity compensation.

Context: Nimbus Health is building the future of pulmonary care. Nimbus Health addresses the unique needs of the 50M+ Americans who suffer from asthma, COPD, and other respiratory conditions through an innovative blend of in-person care, care coordination, and remote patient monitoring. Our goal is to demonstrably improve clinical outcomes for respiratory patients, transforming the lives of millions who struggle to breathe.

We’re a network of pulmonary clinics equipped with a technology stack that continuously analyzes patient data and automates elements of patient outreach. Components of our system include:

• Connected medical devices such as add-ons that sleep respiratory, etc.
• A custom-built care team dashboard to display patient-generated and care team-entered data. Our dashboard currently includes patient triaging workflows, exacerbation risk tracking, program eligibility, insurance prediction, device telemetry for the patient and providers, task management, eligibility check, and daily huddle features, among others.
• A chrome extension to modulate elements of the EHR, streamline checkout, and generate valuable data for business analytics
• RPA web scraping and many integrations with 3rd party software

Requirements:

• Able to function in in a fast paced startup environment and enjoy building software quickly and with quality
• Served as the lead developer on a software platform, with a strong preference for building projects from the ground up (Zero to 1).
• 2+ years of experience building complex web applications
• 2+ years of experience with React and modern Javascript
• 2+ years of experience in full-stack Python development such as Flask or Django platform
• Understanding of databases, schema, and tradeoffs with system design
• Able to understand tradeoffs and design of modern web applications
• Can work cross-functionally with others at the company to clarify and shape requirements
• Have integrated integrated with 3rd party systems reliably and can execute integrations with limited support

Bonus:

• Have analytics, analytics visualization, machine learning, LLM and reporting experience
• Have been the lead developer on a React + Django project
• Experience building with healthcare-focused applications
• Understand integrations in the healthcare industry such as EHR’s, FHIR, etc.
• Experience with with SOC2, HITRUST, or HIPAA regulation
• Have been a system architect of full stack web, mobile, and platform applications
