Job Summary: As RYSE’s NetSuite Administrator, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s operations by acting as a subject matter expert and owning the day-to-day management, configuration, optimization, and integrations of the NetSuite ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system including configuration, customization, and integrations
Implement and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls
Configure NetSuite modules to align with business processes and operational requirements
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to NetSuite users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creating workflows and technical documentation that provide solutions to business needs
Develop and deliver training for end users to enhance system utilization
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data audits and reporting findings to Operations leadership
Act as the company’s subject matter expert of NetSuite and its various modules, ideate and implement new system enhancements with tact and efficiency
Education and Requirements:
3-5 years of experience with ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments in NetSuite
Experience administrating various NetSuite modules
Standout Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks to meet company objectives
Excellent communications skills, written and oral
Able to operate independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
