Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphics Designer to join our team. As a key member of our startup, you will be responsible for assisting in creating a wide range of visual content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling visual presence across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:
# Assist in designing engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
# Help develop visually appealing illustrations, icons, and infographics to support content and marketing efforts.
# Create visual assets for presentations and reports.

Brand Consistency:
# Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
# Adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring all materials align with the brand’s voice and style.

Collaboration:
# Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
# Collaborate with the product and development teams to design UI elements and visuals for web and mobile applications.
# Participate in feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve based on team input.

Learning and Development:
# Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
# Seek out opportunities for continuous learning and skill development in design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with web design and basic front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS).
• Experience in creating illustrations and custom graphics.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
