This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Red Hat, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear diagrams and visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate information on cloud computing technologies.
• Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation that includes diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations to explain complex technical concepts.
• Create and maintain visual guides, instructional materials, and procedural documents.
• Transform technical data and project specifications into easily understandable content for varying audiences.
• Review and revise technical content to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

• Proven technical background, preferably with certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Red Hat.
• Strong experience in technical writing, with a portfolio that includes technical documentation, diagrams, and illustrations.
• Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for creating technical diagrams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
