*The Role:

We’re located in-person in New York City. As a founding engineer, you will:

• Work closely with the founders to design and build our technical systems from the simplest components (integrations, building our API) to projects on the cutting edge of Voice AI around reliability and latency for hundreds of concurrent interviews

• Design and build multiple 0 to 1 projects around automating the recruiting process

• Work to fine tune modes to limit hallucination and increase content standardization

• Build workflow software that allows companies to create the best interview

• Far above market equity, compensation from $160-200k depending on experience

• We’re looking for a smart generalist product-engineer who ships fast, is opinionated on both product and can think from a customer point of view.

• Ships fast

• In NYC or wants to move to NYC

• Has a strong history of shipping projects from conception to execution. This can be at a job or through a history of side projects

• Interested in Voice AI

*Preferred Qualifications:
*

• 1+ years of full-stack development experience

• Experience building or designing AI projects

• Curious to learn new skills, and willing to wear multiple hats

• Our stack is Python, Typescript with a mixture of NoSQL and SQL so any experience with these technologies is a big plus
