Role Description:
We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with experience in developing scalable and secure web applications to join us as a Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to join forces with a passionate and dedicated team, contributing to the growth and success of Fluxora. In return for your commitment, we offer a significant equity stake in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the backend architecture of Fluxora.
• Implement robust and scalable APIs to support platform functionality.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and data security.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Actively participate in strategic decisions as a member of the founding team.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in backend development with languages such as Node.js, JS or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security practices in backend development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
