Algorithmic Backend Intern (Only From IIT / NIT / IIIT A / IIIT H / DTU / NSIT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer who thrives on solving algorithmically hard problems and enjoys the adrenaline rush of tackling complex challenges. If you are passionate about backend development, love long coding sessions with a caffeine rush, and are excited about working in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Write High-Performant Code: Develop robust and efficient backend systems that can handle a high volume of transactions and user interactions.
• Design and Write Algorithms: Create and optimize algorithms that meet our business needs, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
• Optimize Code: Continuously improve and refine existing code to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Deploy: Manage the deployment of applications to ensure smooth and seamless releases.
• Test: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the reliability and stability of the applications.
• Product Ideation and Development: Contribute to product ideation and development, bringing innovative ideas to the table and helping shape the future of our products.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in algorithm design and optimization.
• With a proven record of writing strong algorithmic code.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks, preferably Spring Boot and Java.
• Experience with database management and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Familiarity with deployment and testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Work Commitment
