Reports To

Global Payroll Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Payroll Processing for EMEA and/or AMER countries
• Payroll Accounting (GL Posting, Payroll Account Reconciliations)
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills to handle business communications effectively.
• Assist with employee queries
• Follow company processes, controls and policies
• Assist with Internal/External/Sox Audits
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Be an integral part of the global payroll team
• Possess high level of integrity and able to always maintain confidentiality
• Serve as backup for India payroll

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in payroll and accounting systems (e.g. UKG, NetSuite, ADP, CloudPay)

• International payroll experience is a plus (EMEA, USA and Canada)

• Good understanding of India payroll
