Finance and Accounts Manager

We are hiring for an experienced Finance and Accounts Manager with 4-6 years of experience to handle financial reporting, profit and loss management, and audits. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in financial statement preparation, MIS reporting, and statutory audits, along with the ability to provide strategic insights to management.

Please note this is an onsite role based out of Gurugram . Candidates from Delhi/NCR will only be preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

• Profit and Loss Management: Oversee P&L, analyze variances, and manage cost controls to enhance profitability.

• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.

• Financial Statement Preparation: Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

• Management Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly management reports on financial performance.

• Statutory Audit: Manage the audit process, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/CPA preferred).

• 4-6 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.

Excellent communication skills

• Strong expertise in P&L management, MIS, and financial reporting.

• Experience with statutory audits and financial statement finalization.

• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.
